The Hammer EZ-680 Electric Fence Energizer is a heavy-duty single-zone perimeter security unit designed for urban and industrial applications. It delivers 8 joules of output energy (15 joules stored), pushes pulses up to ~10 kV, and includes a 7 Ah battery backup that gives up to ~~12–14 hours of operation during power outages. u

Its features include live line/fence voltage monitoring (with alarm on drops), gate or auxiliary input monitoring (for detecting gate openings or tampering), siren and strobe output connections, optional LED keypad, remote control capability, solar power compatibility, and built-in protection against lightning and power surges.
